It seems that as people continue to advance in their technological innovations, society seems to be changing faster than ever before. This rapid change makes for a constantly evolving, adapting, and adjusting process to continue to stay competitive and up to date with current trends for all industries, which includes hospitality. Some common trends the hospitality industry should be preparing for in 2024 include the rapid rise of artificial intelligence, more contactless services, and a greater focus on well-being and the environment.
